A: Yes, but nothing intense. Just a short guide I send with practical steps to tune in beforehand.
Q: Can I ask questions during the session?
A: Absolutely. This is your space, your soul, your healing.
Q: How do you receive the information?
A: Visually, mostly. Your guides and mine work together, and the energy starts flowing once I describe the first image. Then it’s like pulling on a golden thread. We follow it, we feel into it, and the insights come.
