Practice / Ritual: The Sacred Space Reset

1. Choose one spot in your home: a shelf, your desk, your bedside table.

   1. Clear it completely. (Yes, even the “spiritual-looking” stuff that hasn’t seen a dust cloth since last eclipse season.)

   2. Wipe it down while saying: “I release all stagnant energy and invite in light and harmony.”

   3. Place only what sparks joy, inspiration, or abundance. Add a crystal, plant, or candle.

   4. Finish with a few deep breaths. Feel how the space instantly shifts, and how your body does too.

   Your space mirrors your state. When you honor it, it honors you back.

   Letting Go to Let Flow

   Have you ever noticed how clutter (physical or emotional) multiplies like rabbits the moment your back is turned?

   Old receipts, dusty dreams, and a thousand “just in case” items all whisper the same thing: “I don’t trust the new.”
