Currency
All sales are billed in US DOLLAR.
South African clients may contact Melanie for direct Electronic Funds Transfer information, which will be calculated on the current US DOLLAR /ZA RAND currency conversion rate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
*All sales are final. We do not accept returns on products and our programs, including coaching programmes, courses and/or meditations or any other digital products.
*No refund will be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
*Missed appointments are subject to full payment of the session.
*Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times, provided it is rescheduled 24 hours before the alloted appointment time.
*Readings and sessions are transferrable with prior notice to Melanie Britz, which means you may purchase them for
another person.
Installment Payment Policy
We reserve the right to remove access to all groups, programs and materials should any automatic payments decline or installment payment deadlines are missed.
Recordings
You can request a recording of your session. A link to download will be sent to you immediately after the reading. This download will be available for maximum 1 (one) day after your reading, and should be downloaded to your laptop or computer for future reference. Recordings will be deleted after 24 hours of emailing the link to you, due to space constraints.
