For the past few years I have started welcoming in the new year with much more energetic intention and awareness and it has made such a big difference in my life.

How it started

I developed a specific process to do a powerful walking meditation as I approach the new year. In previous years I started sharing this, first with some of my friends and then later within a beautiful outdoor workshop environment, with great success.

A walking meditation is a great way to do this process because the dynamic movement helps us shift the energy.

So important right now

As we head into the end of 2020, I am making this powerful walking meditation available more widely. You see, I believe that this process has never been more important than right now.

We desperately need to consciously and intentionally let go of the previous year’s energy, after reflecting on its lessons and gifts, so that we can welcome in the new year cleanly.

An abundant dream-filled 2021

We cannot move into a happy, prosperous and abundant new dream-filled 2021, without clearing away all the yucky remnants, PTSD and tensions of 2020.

I believe 2021 is going to be a great year.
