This week is all about remembering that you are the authority in your own energy field.

Whenever you catch yourself saying “They made me feel…” or “I can’t because…”, that’s the voice of the inner Victim whispering old stories from the past. It’s not truth, it’s programming.

You’re not powerless. You’re powerful beyond measure.

And when you stop outsourcing your worth to other people’s opinions, approval, or validation, you become magnetic.

Not everyone has to “get you.” Fine wine and good chocolate aren’t for everyone either.

A personal note from me

This week’s message hit home for me too. I’ve been noticing those sneaky little moments when my ego wants to hand someone else the remote control to how I feel, when I start over-explaining, people-pleasing, or wondering if I’m “too much".

But here’s the truth I keep coming back to: no one gets to decide my worth unless I hand them the permission slip. And I’m officially revoking that privilege.

If someone doesn’t like me, that’s okay. It's actually their loss. I’m learning to be completely okay with that, and it feels a little bit like freedom.

So this week, let’s take back our energy, our confidence, and our crown. Let’s remember who we are: divine creators, not side characters in someone else’s story or idea of who we should be and how we should act or think.
